Two local non-profit organisations, Histoires et Toiles and La Veduta, are running training days during the Biennale de Lyon. These aim to help attendees improve their viewing of contemporary artworks and to foster dialogue and the expression of opinions on a selection of works and artists, as well as providing autonomous tour periods.
Trainers: Béatrix Burlet, art historian and visual artist, and Marie-Josée Bourriot, art historian and mediator at the Musée de Grenoble. These courses can be accredited as part of a continuing professional development programme.
